Dame Helen Mirren wears Suzannah to the gala screening of The Hundred Foot Journey..x
What better British ambassador to wear the beautiful Dancehall Bloom Dress than Dame Helen Mirren. Dame Helen wore the beautiful silk midi dress to the gala screening of The Hundred Foot Journey tonight 3rd September in London . The beautiful 1950’s inspired midi length dress is a sensational elegant piece for the red carpet. Demure, but with presence. Layers of fine tulle are delicately placed between the beautiful Italian silk twill and silk linings to hold a wonderfully grand silhouette…x

Beautiful Autumn Wedding Outfits..x
My two absolute favourite pieces from the collection this fall are the Carmen Dress and the Bloom Dancehall. Both are within a unique palette of Rose, Putty, Claret and Soft Black and create truly versatile investment pieces to take you to any special event throughout the year.
Showcased in our London boutique, the dresses are displayed with coats, jacket , millinery and shoes which are all created to compliment the looks. The Bloom Dancehall is photographed here with the Emmy suede Suzannah shoe, and the Carmen with the Emmy Olivia shoes and Edwina Ibbotson ‘Winter Audrey millinery’

Head to Hem..x
There is nothing more wonderful that creating a look from head to hem. The brief for this outfit was to create an understated but elegant look which could be worn throughout the day to the Derby this summer. An outfit which would look as beautiful and immaculate at the start of the day and then after a car journey, dinner and entertaining look just as pristine.
Here we created a bespoke dress using our ‘cape shift’ style, translating this simple but modern and demure silhouette by using our divine french leavers lace in oyster. The beautiful greyed- off mousey hue to the oyster is both luxurious and flattering. A divine shade which comes even more to life with the nude slipper satin inner, giving a pretty peachy brightness which helps pick out the beauty of the lace itself.
Edwina Ibbotson, our chosen couture milliner created the fantastic hat which she hand dyed in tones of the lace itself and blocked in Pinopok. The Derby is not as theatrical as Royal Ascot, and so it was important that the appropriate nature of the millinery and dress were at the right level for the event, and also, pieces which could be worn again to different occasions.
We would like to thank our wonderful client Belinda Strudwick for giving us the opportunity to share her beautiful photographs. Her fabulous styling with the stunning hair twist and sensational jewellery really set of the dress and millinery to its finest..x

New to the site. The Honest Coat Wool/Silk..x
I wanted to introduce a ‘proper’ classic honest coat to the collection. This model is a re-work of our signature silhouette. This season it has been lengthened and the fit tweaked. The coat has been tailored from an Italian pure wool twill weave coating, and the entire coat trimmed in a matt silk. Cinching the waist in beautifully is the silk twill couture bow belt.
A very special, pure luxury winter coat. Also available in red..x
